Gulab Chai Masala: Dry Ginger (Saunth), Rose Petals, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Fennel seeds

Chhach & Raita Masala: Black Salt, Cumin, Coriander,Pudina, Black Pepper, Saunf (Fennel Seeds), Ajwain (Carom Seeds), Heeng (Asafoetida), Amchur, Dry Ginger (Saunth), Amla, Sugar

How To Use?

Gulab Chai Masala: While making 3-4 cups of tea, add 0.5-1 tsp. chai masala with chai patti before adding milk and sugar.

Chhach & Raita Masala: Add 1 small tsp. masala in 1 glass of chhach (250 ml) or 1 bowl of raita.
